In Pregnancy...
  • No Red clothes, Bed sheets etc.
  • Cross legged sitting ,sleeping and sitting on foot should be avoided.
  • To see from height, work in binding position, to seat in speedy vehicles should be avoided.
  • Sleep only left laterally.
  • Do deep breathing exercise.
  • Every day morning walk.
  • Read spiritual books daily.
  • Lunch on time and should be more than hunger.
  • Papita,tendle,pineapple, custard apple should be avoided.
  • Eating of raisins (manuka .dry grapes) , Dadim (pomegranate) eat one of these fruit beneficial in pregnancy.
  • Don't sleep during day time.
